I like to focus on strength and overall wellness. Happy to help improve mobility and rehabilitate post injury. My teaching style is creative and fun. I like to meet people where they are and guide them through a session that works best for their body that day. My goal is for students to be challenged and leave feeling better than when they walked in.


I love helping people improve their daily lives by bringing balance and awareness into their bodies. Our Pilates sessions can help instill healthy movement that is supported by a strong body. Things we do everyday like driving or carrying groceries can be done with more balance and less tension. I want to help my students feel connected in their strength.

 

Outside the studio I like to cook for my family and spend time with my dogs. I am a firm believer in self care so I maintain a regular schedule of massage, chiropractic, and cranial sacral therapy. On top of my own Pilates practice, I enjoy teaching Zumba and hiking when the weather is nice.
