Do you have any specialties or areas of focus (rehab, athletes, prenatal/postnatal,
seniors, injury prevention, etc.)?
I love working with Seniors. I believe movement is one of the best things as we age and I want to support that as much as possible.
How would you describe your teaching style, and what can clients expect from a
session with you?
I want you to move! There is so much to coordinate and connect when moving that sometimes you just must flow to find the right balance. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore and find those connections.
What’s one thing you’re always curious to learn more about in movement or wellness?
I find biomechanics and coordination fascinating. The small changes in your
movement patterns can have a huge impact!
Outside the studio, what’s something you enjoy that helps you stay balanced or inspired?
Sewing. I love the hands-on work in playing with designs and figuring out how to
make the clothes work for the person.
