Dancers, athletes, improving flexibility/range of motion
How would you describe your teaching style, and what can clients expect from a session with you?
My teaching style prioritizes movement/flow. Clients can expect a balance of detailed instruction and freedom to move, while working towards steadily and safely towards long-term movement goals.
What do you hope clients feel or gain after training with you consistently?
My goal is for clients to feel confident in the way they move, with a deeper understanding of how their body works.
What do you love most about working with clients, and what motivates you as a trainer?
I love helping clients find “lightbulb” moments, whether it’s activating a muscle group they couldn’t feel before or finding an exercise that they love and feels good to move through. It’s so gratifying to see people leaving a session feeling better than when they arrived!
