Do you have any specialties or areas of focus (rehab, athletes, pre

natal/postnatal, seniors, injury prevention, etc.)?
GYROTONIC® movement itself is highly specialized in injury prevention, as it emphasizes joint health, spinal integrity, and efficient movement patterns. I’m continuing my advanced training with a focus on prenatal/postnatal clients and seniors, supporting safe movement, longevity, and confidence in daily life.
How would you describe your teaching style, and what can clients expect from a session with you?
My teaching style is very sensory and body-aware. I use a lot of imagery and imaginative cueing, since the GYROTONIC® Method is about learning how to feel your own body rather than forcing shapes or positions. Clients can expect a session that helps them recognize their body’s feedback and respond to it with more ease, control, and clarity.
What inspired you to become a movement instructor, and what led you to the GYROTONIC® Method?
I originally started GYROTONIC® for my own training. After exploring many different movement methods, I found that GYROTONIC® aligned perfectly with how I want to age—strong, mobile, and pain-free. That personal experience inspired me to become an instructor so I could share this method as a long-term movement practice rather than just a workout.
Outside the studio, what’s something you enjoy that helps you stay balanced or inspired?
Outside the studio, I enjoy creative work and quiet, intentional time—such as crafting, working with flowers, and being mindful of everyday movement. I also bring these creative practices into companies and private events, where I host hands-on workshops that encourage relaxation, creativity, and meaningful connection.
