Do you have any specialties or areas of focus?
My specialty is adaptability. Certified in both the Classical Pilates and GYROTONIC® methods, and trained on specialized equipment such as the Archway, LEU, and JSB, I’m able to adapt exercises in real time and present movements in ways that truly resonate with each client. This allows me to meet individuals where they are and tailor sessions to support their unique bodies and goals.
I work with a wide range of clients, from high-level athletes using Classical Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method for cross training and injury prevention, to individuals managing back, knee, or shoulder pain. I also support clients seeking movement for stress management, postural awareness, and overall health.
How would you describe your teaching style, and what can clients expect from a session with you?
Clients describe my teaching style as collaborative, adaptable, attentive, intuitive, empowering, and people-first. I bring a highly educated and experienced approach to each session, while remaining responsive to what my clients need at the moment.
While taking sessions, clients can expect to develop a deeper understanding of their body mechanics, be thoughtfully challenged, and feel supported as they define their ongoing goals and aspirations within their practice.
What inspired you to become a movement instructor, and what led you to Classical Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method?
I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works. I studied Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science and spent many years as a professional ballet dancer, which shaped my understanding of biomechanics, coordination, and posture.
I was introduced to Classical Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method during my professional dance career as tools for cross-training and injury prevention. These systems became essential in helping me understand and manage my own asymmetries related to scoliosis.
Teaching these methods allows me to share something I truly love, using movement as a way to connect with others and help them feel more at home in their bodies.
What do you love most about working with clients, and what motivates you as a trainer?
What I love most about working with clients is witnessing them discover their own strength and potential, those moments when they realize they’re capable of more than they imagined. Every body is unique, and I’m motivated by helping clients explore what’s possible for them in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and empowering.
